Currency

 All prices are displayed in Australian Dollard (AUD). Please note: The currency converter on the top right corner of the page should only be used as a guide. All purchases are charged in Australia Dollars and will be converted to the accurate exchange rate by your banking institution.

How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?

1.      Sign in as an existing customer

2.      Add your desired abi and joseph items to your cart and proceed to checkout

3.      In the ‘Payment Method’ dropdown box, select either ‘balance with Credit Card’ or ‘balance with Internet Banking‘

4.      The value of your Gift Voucher will automatically be deducted from your purchase total

 Where do I put my discount code?

• At the top of any page there is a black bar with headings written in such as TOPS & TANKS and PANTS, .
• After ACCESSORIES and CLEARANCE there is a white box. In the box it says “Enter promo code...” Please enter your code here and press Enter.

Can my password be resent to me?

In order for your password to be resent to you, please click here , then click on “Send My Password”.

Please note: Due to security reasons, you will be locked out of your account if you enter your password incorrectly 5 times. To unlock your account please contact our staff at customerservice@abiandjoseph.com

How accurate is your sizing?

abi and joseph sizes correspond to the Australian Standard. We take great care to ensure that our patterns are cut perfectly by our professional design and patternmaking team. All of our patterns are cut on the same sizing block. Click here to view our comprehensive size guide.

Where is abi and joseph clothing made?

abi and joseph clothing is designed, developed and made in Australia

What is your returns policy?

Purchases requiring an exchange or refund are to be returned to abi and joseph within 21 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and accompanied with a copy of your receipt.

All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original or appropriate packaging to:

How will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed and refunded into the credit card or Paypal account they were purchased with. Product must be unused, unworn and in their original condition.

Do I have to pay for postage if my item is faulty or incorrect?

No. In the circumstance where your order is faulty or incorrect, please email customerservice@abiandjoseph.com and we will mail you an Express Post bag for free return delivery.

Can I order a garment or size that is not currently in stock?

Yes! To place an advanced order for any item that is currently out of stock on our site please e-mail customerservice@abiandjoseph.com. The stock will be available within 3 weeks.

Can I track my Parcel?

Yes. Australia Post Express Post and Start Track Express Courier Services  allow you to track-and-trace your item. Once your order is dispatched you will be e-mailed a consignment number to track your parcel. This service is unavailable for Australia Post Standard Mail and Australia Post Air Mail services. 

Can I make purchases over the phone? Yes.  Simply call our Head Office on 1300 85 33 66 (Australia) or 61 8 94333 021 (International) and one of our staff will process your order for you.

Do you have any other payment methods if PayPal and Credit card isn’t working for me?

Yes. abi and joseph  allows our Australian customers to pay via Direct Bank Deposit. This option is available in the ‘Payment Method’ dropdown menu in the checkout. It may take up to 3 business days for these funds to clear into our account and your goods to be dispatched. To expediate process please e-mail a copy of your transaction receipt to customerservice@abiandjoseph.com. 

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. We deliver our Yoga, Pilates and Workout apparel to most countries around the world daily. However, the postal charge does not include possible taxes or duties which may be applied by international customs. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed.

Where do you ship to?

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We all know that feeling- you place your order for a new pair of Pilates Pants, a Yoga Top or even a jacket for travel and you can't wait to receive it! Please consider the following when trying to determine the delivery date of your package:

-Credit card authorisation must be received prior to processing.

-Purchases placed after 5pm Australian EST will not be dispatched until the following business day

-Standard Mail may take up to 5 business days to be delivered within Australia from date of dispatch

-Delivery to USA, UK, Europe, Asia and the rest of the world may take up to 10 business days due to customs regulations
