If you would like to make an exchange or return, please contact us at sales@abiandjoseph.com or 1300 85 33 66 within 30 days of your purchase to notify us of your intentions.
RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
All returns have free freight within Australia.
How does this work? Either call or email us as above and we'll send you a free return bag and return form, or if you're in a hurry, simply return the item through the post with a downloaded return form and a receipt of your post bag and we'll credit the money spent on post straight back into your account!
We'll then post out your desired outfit FREE OF POSTAL CHARGES!
NB: Sorry - we cannot be responsible for freight charges for exchanges/refunds of SALE ITEMS.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Simply fill out the downloaded return form and post the gods back (at your expense) and we'll send your your requested garment FREE OF CHARGE!

Damaged Garments
If you have received goods that are damaged in any way, or are not the items that you ordered we are more than happy to refund or exchange the products. Please send them back with a brief note explaining the problem and make sure you give your name, contact details and date (or approximate) of purchase. We will cover any postal charges.
"I've changed my mind / I need a larger size"
If you've had a change of heart or would prefer another size or colour we are happy to exchange. Please send them back with a brief note explaining the problem and make sure you give your name, contact details and date (or approximate) of purchase. We will then send you the required size/colour and cover the freight cost.
Please note, if further exchanges are required, ie, more than one, you must cover any freight costs.

When returning goods, you must ensure that they are not damaged and are in the condition they were when sent from our warehouse. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return.
This means they must not be
- Worn - other than tried on.
- Washed - our care labels detect any washing so do keep that in mind...
- Dare we say it - smelling of cigarette smoke!
